Double click on my Computer
Double Click on Dial-Up Networking.
Double click on Make a New Connection
Type in Valuelinx.net, and click next
 
Type in your Local access number, and click next
Click on finished
Right click on Valuelinx.net, and left click on properties
You will need to remove the check from Dial using area code. Then click on the server type tab at the top
Remove the check from Log on to Network, NetBEUI, and IPX/ SPX Compatible. Click on the TCP/IP Setting button

Place a bullet nest to Specify name server addresses, and type in the following.

Primary DNS:

66.163.211.2

Secondary DNS:

66.163.211.3

Click OK
Click ok again
Right click on Valuelinx.net, and left click on create shortcut. You will be ask if you would like to place a shortcut on the desktop, click on yes
